Rudy’s Country Chef serves this delightful dish from an heirloom recipe that belongs to Mio Siojo’s grandmother.
“During her time, there was no oven. She dug a hole on the ground and placed burning charcoal. The stuffed chicken was wrapped in thick banana leaves and topped with live coals.
The skin comes out nice and crispy.” — Mio Siojo
Today, they use the oven to roast the chicken. And this is served with special rice and Inang’s own flavorful ingredients.
One (1) whole chicken to be delivered same day it was oven roasted.
Comes with its special rice with spices & bits of liver, and dipping sauce of patis & calamansi.
